En este tiempo de calor se ha vuelto un artículo indispensable para mi esposa ya que la mantiene fresca la mayor parte del tiempo, lo coloca en el refrigerador media hora antes de dormir para que se encuentre fresco durante buena parte de la noche, si llega a calentarse aproximadamente después de un par de horas pero lo retira por un tiempo y si vuelve a sentir calor lo vuelve a colocar sobre su almohada y le permite retomar el sueño. Lo recomiendo ampliamente.

it helps but why is it so expensive? imported no doubt. For me in hot weather it's only cool for 20 minutes but I'm small bodied and only take up half of its width so I roll to one side where it's still cool and let the other side cool down. I don't need to remove it from the bed or turn it over. I just shift around. once I'm asleep it doesn't matter to do that though. So I only bought it as a last resort after trying everything to keep cool in a heatwave. AC would be great but this is simple enough for now Edit a year later: I actually need 2. I keep it in the fridge now because weather is too hot for it to be cool enough. After half hour I would like to replace it with the other cool mat but it's too expensive to buy another

I don’t understand the science behind this thing whatsoever. What I do understand is that this is lovely. All you do is lay down and it’s cold. After about half an hour maybe a little less it’s no longer cold. In fact mine has gotten warm. It’s like it sucks the body heat out of you. The problem is it won’t get cool again until you get off it and let it reset. So don’t put this under your sheets. You will have to take it out constantly. It’s a little heavy. I wouldn’t say it’s unmanageable to fold it up and put it to the side. Personally I think it’s worth the hassle of taking it out of bed to reset itself because when it does it’s absolutely lovely. I’m pretty sure you could stick it in the fridge to make it reset faster but who’s doing that at 2am? So all in all just know that if you get this you will be moving it around. Or if you sleep alone keep it on one side of the bed. Roll over and let it do it’s magical weird sciencey thing.

I love it, and I fall asleep so fast. It is cold and nice
