Can this be mounted on top of hood of vehicle?

Can only mount on the windshield or any other smooth surfaces.

I want to buy 2 of these lights so I can put it in my upper left and right windshield, is there anyway I can wire these 2 lights into 1 wire??

I believe you can wire them to one switch, however I do not believe they can be sync'ed to each other.

How possible/what is the best way to have 2 of these in the front and back of a vehicle?

Depending on where your power/cigarette lighter is in the front of your vehicle, you will need an extension with two ports that would service both front lights. The coiled cord leading away from the light is somewhat short. As far the rear, I am not sure how to power those unless you had a power port in the back seat or route thru the trunk as some vehicles have them in the trunk. I can tell you the the light is better than expected. In fact they are awesome with many options . You won’t be disappointed
