How do you adjust speed setting? Had for a month and still do not see how to work with instructions. Other than that a great piece of boxing equipmen.

Hello Client of Amazon There are 2 speeds with 2 sizes of punching ball: the smaller the punching ball is, the faster the bag is. and you can also speed up the bag with fast rod[part N] put inside the Spring Tube [part C]. you will have totally 4 different speed settings. On the other way, we provided two bags, the smaller bag moves faster. also there is an adjustment on the pole for faster or slower movement. Please see our item with pic at website for more ideas.
