Is there a minimum number of players?

I would say 6 minimum if you just play having 1 werewolf in the group. It is a group/party game. Better and longer play if you have more than 6.

Will you be creating a deluxe edition like Mafia?

We are not working on one at the moment but we are always listening to customer's requests.

Would this be a good game to play in a classroom setting? Is 30 too many people to play?

You can play Werewolf with any number of players. Many people do play with 30 or more. This set comes with enough role cards to play an exciting 30 player game. You will need a really good moderator to facilitate the game. If you're a teacher and you want to play this with your class, we suggest looking up videos of others playing Werewolf so you can see good examples of good game moderators.
