I'm glad I read the reviews. Ordered this at the same time as the RCA DHT235A portable tv. This accessory does exactly what it's supposed to do. Adapts the coaxial antenna cable to input into the tv. I was going to order the cheaper version of this adapter but the reviews for that one said it doesn't fit, too short. This one fits perfectly. There is also a more expensive one mentioned in one of the reviews for the tv on an external website. but why pay more? This one does the job.

Was unable to know just how well these performed as a product these where connected to did not function. Overall they appear to be made very well and are worth a try . If they do not work , you can always send them back just as I unfortunately had too.

I purchased this item to accompany an RCA DHT235A 3.5" TV. It worked perfectly but proved not to be sturdy. After only a few days of heavy wear (being repeatedly inserted into and yanked out of the TV and being tugged on by the weight of a 12-foot heavy-duty cable), the end pulled apart and I am in need of another one. The shielding is also thinner than some coax cables, so how it is positioned can affect reception.

If you want to hook up an outside antenna to your Android phone or tablet with the MyGica TV tuner this is how you do it. Fits tight and works like a charm! Recommended.

At first I thought that they were not going to fit together right, but you just have to put the ring on the other side of the nut and then use some force in screwing them together. They work wonderfully! Since I live in the foothills of Northern California our reception has been garbage since the conversion from analog to digital. The mountains are not helpful in getting reception, but when I got my little RCA 3.5" TV I got 5 channels on it just as it was. You can imagine then what a thrill it was when I added the antenna and got 12 channels. That is so many for where I live. I stretched the cord out and put the antenna on the lock in the middle of my bedroom window. I can't get any channels with a converter box on the TV in the front room. And the antenna that I have on the TV in the bedroom doesn't work nearly as well as the one I have on the little RCA TV now, so that says a lot about how well it works. I'm going to get another one and see how it works on my non-portable TV's. It's nice, too, that the picture doesn't cut out all the time using this antenna. The picture holds steady so much better.
