Saw this product recommended by Tecnivorm/Moccamaster to clean out their coffee makers and saw the glowing reviews here, so decided to purchase. I've clearly been a negligent owner of this machine because despite regularly descaling it with powder over the years and then running cycles with pure vinegar to (I thought) give it a decent cleaning, this filled my coffee pot with brown water *just after* descaling it. Gone are years of brown residue both in the drip-over arm as well as the brew basket after just a single use, and as an added bonus, I poured that pot of brown solution into my stainless travel coffee mug that had also been stained brown over the years... after letting it sit for five minutes and then just giving it a light scrub with a dishcloth, BAM, essentially as good as new, as shown in the pic. So yeah, I'm a believer in this product!

This stuff is amazing. Our coffeemaker was starting to not perform like it should. Coffee was taking longer to brew and always reside was left inside our coffee mugs. We have always periodically cleaned with vinegar on the clean cycle. But, after doing it a few times in a row, the problem wasn't getting better. We started looking at new machines. I decided to try this product as a last resort and I am so glad I did. The difference is outstanding. These pics show what the solution looks like after I used the product 1 time. The water is blue before going through the clean cycle and was so dirty when it finished the cleaning process. I was shocked. I then did another clean cycle with another packet and the water came out the same blue color it started with. The machine works better now and coffee tastes better with no residue being left in the cup. Saved me from buying a new machine. Highly recommend

I was surprised with the amount of coffee residue this cleaner removed from a 6 month old single pod machine!

Works great. Very easy to use. Instructions are simple. I should've done this a year or more ago. The coffee tastes much better now.
