Q: Is this for oily hair ?

Not as far as I know. I think it's for normal and damaged hair. It's fantastic.

Q: My hair is curly, porous, dryish. My scalp is normal to a little bit oily. Will this shampoo work?

This shampoo is good for daily using. Apply it only on your scalp and hair roots, the rest part of hairs will be washing with foam of this shampoo when you will rinse it. And I’d recommend to use moisturizing balm or mask after shampoo, because curly hair needs more care.
