Arrived sealed under the cap and leak free. Taste is much better than others I've tried, where there's just an off taste to the "chocolate" as well as an odd lingering aftertaste.

I use this product in macarons, buttercream, & simple syrup. Be careful with it, it’s strong, but delicious.

Highly Recommended.
I really like these LorAnn flavors and emulsions! I've used this to add flavor to colored candy melts when making covered Oreos. I add just small amounts until it's where I like it (doesn't take much). I like to give a subtle flavor without the aftertaste that can sometimes happen.
