Is this product for wet or dry hair?

It's a very light weight solution. After washing and conditioning your hair, you apply this to the tips and style your hair as you normally would, wearing it throughout the day. I'm the seller, but also use Mielle. I personally apply while my hair is still somewhat damp.

Is this line for black people hair?

I’m a Scottish pasty white girl with untamed frizzy curly hair that I call my lioness mane…that is until this product line! I currently use the shampoo, conditioner, & leave-in conditioner. It’s light weight yet equally hydrating/doesn’t weigh my hair down nor make it oily at all, my curls are much more defined with drastically less frizz (I’m in Tx), and the best part-detangler is added in every thing (I think), so now brushing my hair is no longer a chore or like the scene from The Princess Diaries where the hairbrush breaks from brushing her hair lol

Put on wet or dry hair?

The instructions on the packaging states "Apply a generous amount to sectioned hair after conditioning. Then Work product through...Do Not rinse, Leave-on" It does not say to dry hair before application. I myself apply my leave in conditioners when my hair is wet because of my hair type. Hope this helps

My natural hair color is brown-black; but I color it golden brown/light chestnut brown. The Mielle is great. Leaves hair soft, doesn’t build up. Hasn’t affected my hair color. I use it several times a week.
