Excellent tools for hardly any money. This is my 5th purchase of these quality tools. A great selection of mini snips and pliers.. Strong construction with a good finish and solid well fixed handles, built to last. If you need a small tool box, this mini set is compact enough and is ideal for one. They will get the job done just like full size versions. Buy them. Recommended

As good as anything you'll find without spending £30+ per item. INGCO is putting out some really solid tools lately. One suggestion—consider supplying them in a hard case to keep them from getting lost at the bottom of a tool bag.

NOTE: This review is for the set of 6 mini pliers which were an option on this listing when I bought. Why 3 stars? Because if they were full price the ones I received would be 1 star and be returned. At £9.09 they are 3 stars in my view. Cheap and cheerful. The pack I received differ from the images in the listing, they are a later version and it states on the pack they are Super Ingco which is a title I do not believe they deserve. See photo posted by Ac in the reviews for style received. I have many other ingco tools and all the power tools, socket set and grip pliers are top notch and excellent. This set of 6 pliers are not up to the standard I expect from Ingco and if this was my first product it would put me right off buying any other tools from this brand. What are Ingco thinking or have these just bypassed quality control! They are a right mixed bag. The combination pliers were not bad overall but the ground finish is really rough. The side snips cutting edges were very badly ground and did not align. The end cutters cutting edged met but had gaps and really badly ground to shape. All pliers had really rough grinding and misshaped. The packet states polished and antirust oil. No, not at all. However all the hinges were good and worked well. So I decided to regrind to shape and polish with emery paper. After a lot of effort I have now what I would regard as a very nice set of pliers now worthy of 5 stars. The handles on some had far too much glue and has oozed out and was messy. I had to pick it off in places. The springs sit in a slot/pocket in the handles and were a sloppy fit moving about. I removed and re-glued them into the handles. Some looked like they had attempted to glue but was not effective at all. Ingco really should pull this stock and check it. Some reviews are positive so some sets must be ok, but the set I got was not good at all. If I was trying to be a good brand I would not sell such poor quality. It is like they have taken a bottom end of the market budget tool and dressed it up in very nice fancy packaging to make it something it is not. So if you enjoy a challenge to regrind these pliers and align cutting edges…. Well go for them, if not and you are dong precision work…. buy something better.
