Is this eyeliner smooth or will it crack and be heavy on my eyes?

It didn’t go on smooth for me and yes it did crack and smudge. It didn’t even last for half of the day I would not recommend it.

In this listing, the only difference is that one is available in a two pack and one is available as a one pack. There is no difference in the color.
