1880 Yema Tostada is made from ground almonds blended with crystalized egg yolk and then formed into marzipan-like soft bars. Each bar is toasted on top, caramelizing the sugar and creating a turrón with a similarity to crème brûlée. These hand made Spanish turrones have been freshly imported from Spain.
