Well it is designed for motorcycles, if your car doesn't require a specific coolant like Dex or something then I think it would. It does a great job of keeping my KTM motorcycle running cooler in extreme heat. Hope that helps.

It should, it reduces the little bubbles in the coolant that reduce heat transfer, so it works with both coolant and straight water. Don't expect to fix other issues like bad radiator, water pump, thermostat, etc.

Dumb question. Can you add Distilled water if you want to?

Since your normal coolant solution should be antifreeze and distilled water, there is no issue. Just remember, that redline wetter doesn't take the place of all your antifreeze. You still need near a 50/50 antifreeze mix to protect your system from corrosion and freezing.
