Will this work for someone with 52" hips? I am a woman who is 5'1" and weighs 190 pounds.

It should work if you don’t put the handles in. It will still be comfortable & give elevation & secure feeling

Will this product help me get up and down from the toilet without putting any weight on my right foot? I am unable to balance on my left foot.

I believe it will. I have injured my right hip twice and the only way I can get it on and off the potty is by the side handles. So I believe that you shouldn't have any issues.
