For years I have used the Element Black ops cases for my current and previous iPhones. They’re pricey but more durable than most cases on the market. In recent years I’ve noticed a downturn in the quality of “black ops” model cases so I wanted to search for some alternative. I have found that this bumper paired with a protective backing (mine from Dbrand) provides an incredibly durable, slim, and functional look that looks high end. This bumper and protective backing was under $50 all together and compares well to my previous $250 case. My only con with the bumper is how hard the buttons are to press. This could have been my mistake during installation as I’ve noticed the buttons are recessed with the case (I’m assuming they should be slightly raised). Overall I’m happy with the bumper, However I have not had it long enough to see how it fares with cell signal.

I saw some reviews that talked about bending, which probably can happen if you wrestle with it before putting it on the phone. However, I decided to be kind to it. Fits perfectly on my iPhone 13 Pro, and is nearly an exact match on the light blue colour. Light weight and doesn't add much bulk to the phone. I really like this, also because there is absolutely no interference with the mag safe charger. The ONLY issue I've had is that the bump outs seem to be unbalanced so I'm constantly picking up the phone upside down because the shorter bump out both visually and by feel seems like it should naturally go the other way. A small irritant that I work with, and not worth a star..

I should have read the reviews before I bought it. Case is beautiful and love the design but it blocks cell phone signal. If the case is on my phone, I can’t make a phone call at my house. Kind of pointless to have a neat looking case on my phone if I can’t use it as a phone any longer.

When the case arrived, it was packaged nice and came with the required screwdriver to put the phone inside the case. The screws are NOT Philips head screws, so don’t lose the included one, or the case will not come off your phone. Overall, it feels very premium in the hand and did exactly what I wanted, which was to protect my phone with as little thickness as possible. The bad however is that I have noticed a significant reduction in my cell reception and Wifi speeds with this case on. Now, to be fair, you are wrapping your phone in a metal case, so it’s not surprising that there is signal reduction. I just was not expecting it to be so bad.

I was soooo scared and skeptical initially, I read all the reviews and it made me even more scared and uptight, cause I really didn’t want to damage my new phone, but I am a very busy lady and I honestly thought this case wouldn’t do me justice because of how busy and fast I’m using going; but it HAS! Please ask someone who knows how to install cases or place screws tightly to help you install this…as this was the most common complaint or errors with this case/frame. It works well. I’ve successfully dropped my phone 3 times since I purchased and it was a hard concrete floor. Nothing happened to my case, my screen or the back of my phone. I highly recommend this case. Please make sure you purchase the camera frame/case separately. My screws are not falling off, nothing is shaky. I just highly recommend you screw the case on tightly. This case makes my phone looks and feel more expensive!

Excellent product

Given that the iPhone 13 is a beautifully designed device, I didn't want to cover the beautiful blue back with anything, but did want to do something to improve the ability to grip the phone as well as provide edge protection on a drop. This product met those objectives. The shape of it subtly improves the ability to hold it by providing some side indentations that the smooth side surfaces of the iPhone lack. The bumper was easy to install and has shock protection inside the aluminum frame, and the color beautifully complements the Apple blue of the phone, and the edges are just slightly raised so that the display or back do not contact the table when it is placed flat.

I love the look but it came apart in 2 months

This is a decent quality product. The milling of the rounded edges is a little sloppy so in some corners you can see that it is uneven while others are smooth. The bevel only extends about 0.5mm on the face of the phone, so with a screen protector on there is 0 protection of the screen against impact during a drop. I got this bumper for phone protection so this is disappointing.
