First of all, quick and to the point the product works as described. I love the dish covers and they fit securely and don't come off until you remove them yourself. A lot different than the glass tops that can slide off when transporting. I had bought a separate carrier from Rachel Ray that I had tried first with these dishes and well, it did not keep them warm at all, I am sorry to say. So, the following week when I had to participate in another potluck I went ahead and used the carrier that these dishes came with. I heated the inserts twice as it said to watch for it to expand, though I never really saw it "expand" nonetheless I went ahead and heated each one twice in the microwave then put each one in the carrier and then put the dishes in the carrier. Approximately 2-3 hours later when I had to take all three dishes out of the carrier they were all steaming hot as if I just had cooked them. Big difference from a week before when I used the other carrier. And about 4 hours later the carrier with the inserts were still warm to the touch as I put back in the empty dishes as I headed home. I have only tried this product with items I needed to keep hot, I have not tried items that I needed to keep cold. The most time I can account for the carrier staying warm would be 4-5 hours, I haven't needed anything past that time allotment as of yet.

There’s 2 smaller dishes for storing food and the bigger one is very suitable for a large family gathering potluck. All comes with lids . On top of that, there’s a cool stylish bag which comes with 2 heat/cool packs for keep food fresh or warm !

J'ai achetée ce produit pour apporter des repas à mon fils qui avait un jeune bébé! Une révélation! On apporte de chez nous à chez vous des repas chauds et frais. Un idéal pour le transport de repas chaud. Je recommande :-)

Chipped the glass in the last one I had and replaced it. Like the smaller sizes.

Está muy bien, de buen tamaño. He podido hornear carne y otras cosas sin problemas. El vidrio es Pyrex, para hornear o congelar. La tapa cierra bien. Confiables y recomendables.
