Its easy to use, and the instructions was clear. The ink started to show at 3 hours after the application, and set in after 12hours+. I don't know how long it will last though.

I actually like this product! Keep in mind it will be blue!! Doesnt matter if its black theres going to be a blue shade but for the lettering it does appear black. I dont mind but it could look like it was drawn with a blue pen. Now the thickness is thick but not so much, it could be difficult if you're new to stuff in a bag or bottle (like if you've never used a piping bag on a cake and those childrens glitter pens that have a unreasonably tiny tip that gets lodged), air bubbles will occasionally happen so go slow and dont apply too much pressure. I did a few practice lines on a papertowel to see now much i needed to squeeze to get the lines i wanted. DEFINITELY PATCH TEST! It even says its a product people can have a reaction too (luckily i did not) and so to patchtest I drew a super tiny heart on my right hand (as you can see in the photos) and waited like 20 minutes and was good. Other people say that they were able to return their product if they had an allergic reaction so thats good! I got the smaller bottle and i used a lot of it but only because i did big pieces of art and retraced the following day to try to get a darker colour and shade. I have over half a bottle still and I was not being frugal I layered a LOT of product while doing the art. The instructions are unclear but for the first time i tried it, i left it on for an hour and a half counting from when i ended the drawing (the left hand tattoo was detailed and huge so drawing took me around 2 hours and so total time it took was 3 1/2ish hours. Might have effected how dark it'd be since some places had it on for longer but i wanted it very dark anyways). After i drew i waited for the stuff to dry and then washed with water and soap very carefully. It wasnt a dark enough colour and i missed a few spots so i touched up and retraced again two times waiting a day in between to make sure. I like how it looks now and its still developing since i touched it up the last time today. I didnt see any comments on the Inkbox website about redrawing over it but i think its fine as long as you wait 24-30 hours after the first application and then just touch up again and wait. Now was it easy to use? Kinda lol. Instructions were unclear and the website had no detailed info for questions i had. I know they sell trace pens and transfer papers to make it easier to tattoo but i took a regular pen and lightly sketched what i wanted. Rubbing alcohol got rid of the pen marks after but i was careful incase it would disrupt the tattoo ink. Theres no answer if that would ruin the tattoo but i think its fine. Really love this product though since i have commitment issues with everything and a real tattoo seemed like a terrifying lifelong commitment to have even though i like tattoos. I suggest wrapping up the tattoo with plastic after you wash and let it fully dry. I saw it could transfer while developing and so i wore long rubber gloves to protect my sheets and clothes. Didnt effect the development process! Side note, try to not touch it or get it wet after you wash it. It could transfer and you could get it everywhere or smudge it, and water would be best avoided for 24 until it fully develops. I took a shower while the second layer was developing and it didnt fully develop and stayed really dull. Love this product, its very time consuming though! Dont rush while using it just take your time or else it could get messy and if you mess up it'll show even after you wipe the accidents instantly. The skull hand has some smudges because i was moving my hand around a lot.

I was pleasantly surprised, it requires skill to use but after a couple small ones I was doing it well! Looks really good and is different to Henna in a good way.

After applying the ink and letting it set for an hour, we washed off the dried ink and we're disappointed because there was no tattoo visible. There was just a faint outline of the ink. The next morning, we were surprised to find the tattoos had become visible. The color was greenish black. Looked like a real tattoo. We had put the tattoos on the outside of our hands. It's been almost 2 weeks and the tattoo is starting to fade away. It may last another 2 weeks, just not as clear. This product is worth the money.
