Stunningly poor support from Lenovo and Microsoft
Lenovo and Microsoft support fail... The PC comes with Windows 7 and a voucher of sorts for Windows 10 recovery media. I have tried unsuccessfully for 3 weeks to get the proper recovery media to install Windows 10. After 4 requests, still no media. Lenovo support's first excuse was "Our System was down and the request didn't go through". The second time, they sent the wrong media, the PC doesn't even have an optical drive. The third time after calling every three days, still no media. The forth time is today...I don't have much confidence they will come through. If I hear support say "It only takes 2 or 3 days" one more time, I will scream. I will probably just return the PC to Amazon since the last return date is in a week. Can you imagine having to return an unused PC because you can't get recovery media? It's absurd. I've never owned a Lenovo PC before, and perhaps never will....between Lenovo and Microsoft, this is stunningly poor support.

Good laptop except for the horrible touchpad
Pros:-Easily replaceable parts. Upgraded the harddrive, RAM, and replaced the keyboard easily.-Excellent battery life, I get about 10 hours running GNU/Linux.-Great looking screen-Durable, lasted almost 2 years now with nothing breaking-Good looking-Full keyboard with numpad, doesn't feel crammed-QuietCons:-The touchpad is a MAJOR pain. -This does not come with separate left click buttons on the bottom, meaning half the time you have to awkwardly try to press the left or right click portion of the multitouch component while not moving your finger enough to perform some action such as scrolling or simply misclicking. Sometimes I end up just awkwardly using my thumb to control the touchpad and my finger to press the upper mouse (meant for use with the red pointing stick). -When typing, a LOT of the time I end up moving the mouse with my wrist, leading to me leaving the area where I am entering text, or performing some other unexpected action. The touchpad is way too sensitive to wrist touch. This laptop is meant to replace my 3 year old W530 Thinkpad, however the W530 never had this problem. I may just end up disabling the touchpad and buying a wireless mouse. In short, this is a pretty good laptop with the exception of the touchpad which will drive you crazy. If this had the same touchpad as the W530, I'd be giving 5 stars.

I tried to like this T560 but ...
I tried to like this T560 but, after living with it for five months, I'm going back to Dell. Saving $300 over the Dell equivalent was not worth it.AC Power Connector1. On left side of notebook rather than in rear.2. No right-angle adapter available, anywhere - from either Lenovo or a third-party, to minimize projection from the side.3. For whatever the design reason to place it on the left side, at least Lenovo could have a) also included an AC power connector on the right side, and b) offered a right-angle adapter or, better yet, designed the power plug on the end of the of the AC power adapter to be at a right-angle.Keyboard4. Touchpad buttons are at the top of the touchpad, making them unnatural and very awkward to use.5. The arrow keys are smallish; they should be the same size as the qwerty keys. I'll probably adjust with usage but, I find myself unintentionally hitting more than one key at a time.6. A number of users have noted/complained that the touchpad is off-center. However, it is on-center of the qwerty part of the keyboard, where it belongs.Backlit Keyboard7. Must be toggled on after each reboot or coming out of sleep/hibernation; no option available to 'keep' it on at all times.8. The backlit keyboard is most useful if you're looking down, directly over the keys but, who does that ?!? The light emanating from the front of each key interferes with the visibility of the key characters - thus reducing effectiveness of the backlighting; this could be minimized if the front edge of the keys projected down another millimeter.USB Ports9. Supports only USB 3.0, even though USB 3.1 Gen 2 (5Gbps vs. 10Gbps) has been out (at the time of this posting) for a year.10. One of two USB ports on the right side should be towards the rear of chassis, just as the one on the left side.11. Would be very useful to have at least one USB port on the rear of the computerDisk Activity Indicator12. Not included, though many manufacturers have stopped including it.13. Fortunately, Activity Indicator fills the gap: https://sourceforge.net/projects/activityindicat/Batteries14. Love having the rear 72W battery; it raises the rear of the computer by .75", providing a nice tilt to the keyboard, and probably improves heat dissipation.15. Love even more having up to 18hrs "off the grid" with a full charge !Camera16. Only 720p ... Why ?17. With the cover/screen in open position, the camera is pointed at the top of the average person's head. Seems it would have been trivial to either make it mechanically tiltable, or even a slight fixed downward tilt.Mic18. When in calls via WebEx or Hangouts, participants can hear the computer fan cycling on/off; very annoying.I see that the T560 has recently been replaced by the T570 but, I would check to see which of the above issues have been addressed.
