Great quality and value
Bought this as a gift for my husband. We have been happy with the quality, ease of operation, and all the extras, such as the carrying bag and earphones. It’s made in the USA too!

Make sure you calibrate it with known jewelry real and costume and coins
Read all the reviews it arrived in a timely manner, I read the manual online before it ever arrived seemed simple and straightforward. It arrived packaged well put it together in less than 10 minutes. All parts were there. I calibrated it by using real and costume jewelry, gold and silver as well as all denominations of US coins. I found that the scale was pretty much accurate. The nickel was the only coin that could slip by identified as trashy or coin. After the calibrations I decided to check my backyard since I just seeded it I was only going to retrieve one hit, and I was about out of time for sunlight today. I gave it a spin. Drum roll please… my first find I’m the proud owner of a rusty nail
