How long did you incubate

Some incubated for a week, some for 3 days. Growth began within 3 days but more was observed by the 5th day.

Are these petri dishes plastic or glass?

the dishes are plastic. and worked well, for our purposes we did need a warming light with them however. hope this helps : )
