Is this solution clear initially?

No it is not. And FYI this tan does not last long at all. Usually gone by day 2.

how many clients could you do with one bag?

Depends on how dark you go. I would say avg. would be 8-10. I have to do a double spray and it uses about 4-5 oz. Most solutions use less than that but I love this product, especially Moroccan. I had to mix the Olive with Violet to look right. Pretty ruddy looking alone.

How Do I Get It Off My Hands?

Use baking soda and lemon juice. Mix it until it turns into a paste and wash the palms of your hands with it. The tan should come off. Be sure not to get mixture anywhere else or it will remove your tan.
