Dell Latitude 7280 Touchscreen 12.5" FHD Intel Core i7-7600U 16GB DDR4 512GB Solid State Drive Webcam WiFi Bluetooth|Windows 10 Professional (Renewed)

I badly needed to update my over 10 year old Acer notebook, which did the job when travelling for it's era--maxed it out with win 8.1 Pro, 500GB SATA SSD, 8GB Ram. An upgrade from 8.11n WiFi was also badly needed. The battery is now only good for about 2-3 hours, no battery replacement found that actually worked as advertised or at all. Finally hit the wall being unable to upgrade the old sluggish C70 AMD chip without a whole new very expensive motherboard. = new PC anyway. Not a gamer, so sky high perfromance was not a concern--just wanted something business-oriented, could smoothy run my software and processing tasks, and handle internet streaming and graphics/audio editing. I could no longer avoid planned obsolecence, but I was hesitant about a refurbished replacement. New notebook prices were unaffordable and ridiculous for what you actually get, so I took a chance. This was delivered right on the scheduled day. Looks like new, everything works as it should, Win10 Pro ready to be configured from first boot. No partitioning issues, not many junk apps to remove, and privacy/security settings not too complex to determine and further harden from the BIOS and a local Win10 account. Battery tested very good and fully charged in about two hours. I have a WiFi NetDyn dual band 8.11ac dongle, and noticed bandwidth for the built-in WiFi adapter matched the additional installed adapter for the NetDyn--144mbps, a very good sign. I will expect higher than that when I can connect to an 8.11ac router. So far so good. My only minor issue is how warm, even hot, this unit gets underneath, even at idle. Not something very comfortable to actually place on your lap without a some extra padding on your lap. It does not use excessive power that you would expect is a cause. However, that has been an issue historically with Intel chips and Dell--they run hot even when not gaming. I did not see any negative reviews about how that might affect service life, so that remains to be seen. Overall, very pleased with the vendor and the laptop so far. I would buy from them again.

I needed a small windows laptop for portable operation. the computer was clean and in good shape. Keyboard feels new, and the display looks undamaged. Battery appears good and the device worked as I would expect a new device to work. For me the refurbishers did a good job picking and checking this unit. If it holds up, clearly a lot of value for the cost.

Probé una sola de las 2 que compré, y da problemas erráticos, a veces el toch, otras el mouse, otras no inicia...

This 4-year-old laptop was refurbished by Olive to like-new condition. Not a mark on it. New Windows10 Pro, updated SSD - works perfectly. The speakers are bad but this is reflective of the original laptop - and not the refurbishing.

We considered returning this. I already have this computer, this was for my son. The keyboard is different from mine and also different from the sales photos.

If the item had been as described I am sure it would have been great. A touch screen laptop should have a touch screen. Also, they took over a month to ship.

Great price for a basic laptop that I can carry anywhere. I was leary about buying a refurbished laptop and did run into a minor issue after setup. I contacted customer service and was treated professionally and respectfully. They were able to take care of the issue promptly and efficiently. I would absolutely purchase from Olive Computers in the future. The Dell 7280 works exactly as described and came very clean and the battery life is great.

Tengo poco que recibí el equipo pero hasta hoy todo muy bien, el cuidado del equipo 9/10 todo en orden y el empaque también, solo con el detalle de que estaba un poco despegado un poco la cubierta cerca de la cámara, pero solo ajuste con la mano y el clip cerró sin problema

No me gustó que estuviese maltratado el equipo y menos que las teclas se trabajan.
