One size does not fit all especially since it’s reversible. I have a medium sized hand/wrist. I used this on my right hand to treat a sprain. Since it is reversible I adjusted it properly for that hand however it was too tight and rubbed on the bony prominence of the outside of the wrist. I noticed that if it was on the left-hand it would not cause the same rubbing. I think it must be difficult to make an effective comfortable reversible wrist splint with a metal stay. It was uncomfortable and I had to return it.

I recently mildly sprained my wrist so I was in need of a brace. I had a used the brace on and off for at least a week. I like the fact that you can switch it for your left or your right hand so if you were to re-injure yourself or didn’t realize you bought a specific sided wrist guard, this one you don’t have to worry about that. The fabric was comfortable and did not irritate my skin. I did not find myself sweating extra either. What I didn’t really like is how it felt like the brace did not fit into the palm of my hand as closely as I would’ve liked. I would’ve liked there to not be a gap in the palm of my hand to the wrist guard. It did provide the support that I needed for my wrist to help with the healing process.

I've had bad wrist pain for the last couple of years. I typically wear a brace on my wrist but they aren't always comfortable for long periods. This one fits me perfectly. It is super comfortable to wear all day and stabilizes my wrist. It is durable and stores easily.

This wrist brace is exactly what I needed! First off, it feels nicely made and doesn't feel cheap. The stitching feels strong and sturdy. I sprained my wrist a little while ago and wore this until it started feeling better. It did a great job providing the support I needed and really helped in my day to day activities. It fit well - it was tight as it should be, but not uncomfortable - it's adjustable, too. All things considered, this is a great wrist brace and it worked very well for my needs!

For the most part, a comfy brace to help provide extra support when your wrist is hurting from overuse, carpal tunnel, or post-surgery/break. It's comfortable only if you don't have wrists over 7" in circumference. Bigger than this, the neoprene is too snug and creates too much compression. The thumb opening digs into the meaty part around your thumb and causes the skin to become red and irritated. Since my wrist is just shy of 8" around, I wasn't able to wear this brace for any length of time and passed it off to my son. His wrist is maybe 1/8 of an inch over 7", but he found this brace to be comfortable to wear without it feeling tight or causing any chafing around the palm, thumb, or forearm openings. Being black material, it easily shows dust, dry skin, and light colored pet fur or human hair. The loop portion of the velcro is also a hair magnet, so consider yourself warned if you have pets at home. The shorter their hair, the more it works into the loops and is a pain to remove. This brace can be washed as long as you remove the metal bar first, and I recommend hand washing versus tossing in with your laundry. Hand washing and air drying keeps it from shrinking or getting snagged, and it also helps keep both sides of the velcro free from fuzz and lint. Can't say whether or not the Microban treatment really works as this does start to get a little whiffy after being worn consecutively for four or five days for several hours each day. Having another to swap out so each would have a day to air out before being worn again is a good idea unless you want to hand wash and air dry this every few days.

I know it says 1 size fits all but I have a rather large hand and it’s a bit snug. I can still wrap it around but I feel like the actual stuff brace part is off center due to the fact I have to stretch the brace to it’s limit. I can’t completely knock the product because it does still isolate my wrist I just wish it was a little bigger.If you have an average sized hand you’ll probably like this product just fine.

I got a sprained wrist from cooking and used this to help manage the pain and discomfort. This was easy to use and pretty comfortable, just what I needed.
