I absolutely love this neck and jaw exerciser. I purchased to help tone the lower half my jaw and neck and feel facial muscle stronger after the first use. I started with 30 minutes a day spilt into 4 increments. This slides right in and is so soft and easy to use. I plan purchase the next levels once I mastered the first one.
