Using as a seat support for my kid
Not functional, did not return it and decided to put it on the child seat.

Comfort doing sit-ups and crunches
This Yes4All Ab Mat is great for alleviating strain on your lower back while doing sit-ups and crunches. Ab exercises using the Ab Mat are done just as effectively as without using one. For anyone with back issues, I highly recommend it.
