I found this food supplement quite useful, despite I bought last August at the first time for my slimming diet but I did not take my diet seriously due to my very stressful period of life. As I saw the KETO diets ( even injections) on the adverts I thought it worth to try again, before I order a munch more expensive one. It works very well, if you have time for yourself and you can control your meals. I often neglected to drink enough and my blood sugar level dropped suddenly and felt unwell and dizzy. Now I use this tablets as advised and I count the calories ,eating what I usually used to - but much smaller and less portion. I have 100% fruit juice when I`m hungry as well avoiding dizziness. So the advice to drink a lot when taking these tablets is unavoidable.

I regularly buy these however the last time I purchased these supplements were only half or quarter filled so was very disappointed with the quality let's hope any repeat purchases aren't the same. Never had a problem until now the quality has always been very good. Won't be buying again if the quality is poor

Do exactly as they say I've been taking one twice a day and have lost weight in just a few weeks, I think with a healthy diet and regular exercise you could lose some serious weight, I only needed a few pounds and did that easily but will continue to use them to maintain my weight and being able to enjoy treats, win win!

I have been taking these and following a healthy eating plan with an increase to my daily walks. I have lost 18lbs of lockdown weight since late last year. I enjoy 3 meals a day but I am able to control my portions and appetite. I am sure that these have contributed to my success. Good value for money, great service and also received a complimentary. I will continue to use these to support my change in diet.

I don't think I I have lost any weight, but I certainly haven't put anyone on. It. Certainly seems to crave my appetite.n I'm still eating all the naughty things because I like them , they do seem to fill me up. I am overweight but not terribly unhappy with that, but I don't want to get any bigger so I have found that these have been a great aid for me. Whether they would work if you were looking to lose stones, I'm not certain. But if you just want to have only one piece of cake instead of two because you're full then I think these are great purchase

Like many, I've trialled a few options when it comes to keto supplements - I trialled this for two weeks solid and and unfortunately had to stop, why? - because it was kicking me out of ketosis! Whilst it might not be the same for everyone it was the case for me. I reverted to the trusty MCT oil and wham, straight back into ketosis and started to see a good incremental weight loss again. Again, might not be the same case for everyone but was still worth a try (my other half has similar results whilst taking too).

I have been taking these tablets for over 3 weeks, having lost weight previously. I have managed to maintain my weight without excessive dieting. I presume this is due to the capsules. They are easy to swallow and I have not experienced any side effects.

Some of the capsules inside the container where not full and in some cases almost empty. I will probably try a different brand.

I bought these because it says they're 4000 mg on the front but then when you look at the back it says 400 mg. In the small writing it says with one *that it's equivalent to 4,000 mg of raspberry fruit but it has ** which says daily value not established. If both apply like on my other vitamins, it will have one * then a space, then two ** if both apply, but next to the 400 mg on this bottle it only has the two asterixs. Not sure if this company is being honest. I bought them over another brand because I thought they were higher potency but I have to take 2 capsules to even get the 400mgs dosage. All the other brands I've tried when you open the bottle there's a strong smell of raspberry that comes right through the capsules and these smell like nothing even similar to raspberry, I opened a capsule and tasted what is inside and it tastes nothing like raspberries.

I can’t use soy products, and all of the hormone treatments I have tried caused problems. I discovered raspberries are a hormone supplement. I have been using them for years.
