I'm not going to pretend that I am an expert weightlifter or pro athlete. I'm just a 52 male that has been lifting weights since I was in high school. With that being said, I bought this product so I could have a setup at home during the pandemic.The pros: it allows you to work out at home. It allows you to do benching, which it doesn't include, squats (if you're no taller than 6'), and presses. It also doesn't take up much room.The cons: it.wobbles slightly if you have the rack at its highest setting. The rack is perfect for my 6' olympic bar. If you have a 7' then it's a bit too long and may cause issues when changing plates. There may also be an issue of how much this rack can hold. I don't lift really heavy so I think I'm okay in that area.All in all, it's a decent rack if you're not expecting much and it's okay if you just want something to use when you can't go to the gym. However, if you are serious into lifting, then you may want to look somewhere else. For me it was the price, it fit my needs, and it didn't take up much space. Hope this review helps.

Its... a very real product. It arrived fairly beat up, and with no hardware (Bolts or cotter pins). I mean it works though. Luckily I had bolts. I'd pass on this one though.

It's a pretty a sturdy product if you add weights to the plate holders. I specifically bought this squat rack because of the price and it also showed in the pictures it had handles to perform dips, however it does not so that was a false advertisement.

it's good, but you have to put weight on the stands, to have it strong, the bar holders are a little short if you have long arms like me, but it was worth the money

Placed 100lb weights on it and it started to fall. As it fell, it bent in the middle and won’t even hold the small weights up. This is trash.

Just got out but seems sturdy and nice.

Safety guide to low. By the time the bar touches the safety guide your throat would be crashed.
