Can't believe it's been that long! I am still taking this supplement and am pleased to say that it continues to work great and I have no known side effects. I stopped taking it for a few days and my symptoms (muscle cramps when stretching) returned.

This brand helps me sleep well, and when I don't take it my back hurts real bad. Cannot live without this!!

I use magnesium to help with sleep, and it was important to me to find a good quality that did not have any additives.

Love the product, been using it for years. But this time it arrived with a broken glass jar. The product was still in shipping bag , but mixed with all the broken glass. I had to throw away the whole contaminated mess. I feel like I got ripped off for $48.00. Aw crap, not again!
