Love this stuff! Works great and it's pretty thick also which is nice. Easy to cut and put in your filter.

This is a great way to save money by buying filter media in bulk and then cutting it up yourself. It's easy to size and then you can use a pair of scissors to cut and this will last much longer for a fraction of the price. A few things to note is that there will be quite alot of small pieces of filter media that fall off as you cut so you should cut in a place that is easy to clean up. I got quite a bit stuck on my pants and the solution was to use some packing tape to sticky it off because brushing it with my hands didn't work. It'll also be good practice to rinse the filter media before you put it in the water to help remove any other loose filter media. Either way a great way to save on filtration media.

I cut these up into squares so that they’ll fit into my bio cube filter. And it works great. I mean this whole thing might last me a whole year it’s so much. And I just replace it out every week and it’s amazing what it catches and it’s really reduced the amount of garbage in my fish tank as well as reduce the amount of bubbles coming out of my protein skimmer that end up in the tank. So yes a great purchase I’m just gonna be buying this for the rest of my tank’s life.

Does what it is supposed to, filters large fragments of water ever is on the aquarium. Thickness is good and able to cut to fit. Wash it out a few times and reused it so that the roll would last longer. Doesn't fall apart even after washing so it's pretty sturdy.

Very easy to cut and durable material, instantly noticed water quality change over night. Just buy it already, worth every penny.
