belt broke after 2 months
The tumbler works well, but the belt broke, and it has been impossible to get a replacement. and apparently the item is not returnable. Though customer service is available for this item, we were told to contact the seller to get a replacement. The seller is in China, and there is no contact number with the tumbler instructions. Sorry to say, do not waste your money on this product.

No customer service. Faulty product and fire hazard. Beware.
This tumbler has had problems ever since I purchased it, and finally the motor burned out and could have started a fire if I hadn’t gone in to check on it when I did. I’ve had this tumbler for a little over a year. Most of the time, I didn’t even run it because I didn’t want to deal with the problems. Often, the drums wouldn’t turn, so I’d be limited to using just one drum, and I couldn’t even fill it up to capacity. Once I tightened the belt, I could get two drums to turn, but each had a 2 lb max weight- any more weight and they stopped turning. About a month later, the belt broke. I replaced the belt, but I didn’t tighten it as much, in fear that it would break again. So I was back to using just one drum. Then a month later, I walked into my garage and smelled a burning smell, and the tumbler wasn’t turning the drum; it was just making a loud, grating whirring sound. I felt the heat coming from it while standing two feet away. When I touched it with the back of my hand, it was as hot as a stove. I’m so glad I walked in when I did. The motor obviously burned out, so the tumbler is now useless. I emailed Leegol-Electric’s “customer support,” and also called them and left a voicemail, but they haven’t replied to me. They do not have any customer service, so please beware. If you purchase anything from them, good luck getting any help, should you need any. I can’t believe they’re allowed to be in business. It seems somewhat scam-like.On a more positive note, I’ve been using their single drum tumbler consistently for a couple of years now, and besides having to replace about 6 or 7 belts, it’s still running and working well for me.

Rollin Rollin Rollin.....
Works great! Rocks are currently tumbling and I can't wait to see the finished product. This would be a great gift for one of your littles to use and tons of fun! Very easy to use and comes with instructions as well.

save your money!
My wife ordered this unit for Christmas for me and the grand kids and we just got around to getting it going about three weeks ago. If I could give it no stars I would. It got through less than 2 1/2 steps of the four step polishing process before it decided to take a dump. That's 16 days of use at 50% loading. what passes as the cog drive belt apparently stretched enough to allow it to slip taking the cogs off the belt and the small drive cogs on the drive motor. To top it it off the thing is noisy when operating with a range of screeches, sequels and squeaks so that when it's running it got banished to a remote area in the shop. To sum it up, to be blunt, it is a flimsy piece of junk. I know you get what you pay for but it couldn't even get through one set of rocks at 50% loading ( 1.5 lbs. per drum) . Even if it came with spare belts I can see other problem areas that would pop up sooner than latter.UPDATE!Not wanting to declare defeat on this deal I went down to the local rock shop and they gave me an elastic round in cross-section rubber drive belt to try. I was concerned with it tracking right on the cog sheaves but it did and boy, what a difference it made! This thing runs twice as smooth and twice as quiet as it ever did when "new". Apparently the elastic belt allows absorption of shock loads, there is no cog notch for it to try and ride up out of and just plain smooths things out. The elastic quality allows it to always keep some tension on the drive system too. So, if you have one of these units as a door stop and the motor still runs, find you one of these belts ( I think I found some on Amazon) and you'll be back in business! Make no mistake this is still not a premium unit and only time will tell if this fix is a durable one but it beats the alternative as a doorstop.

Leegol Tumbler to be decided
I was excited to have a second tumbler. I got it and got it ready to go and it would not spin. I ended up taking it apart and found the belt was off. It was a tiny little belt and I got it back on easily. It is a bit noisy and it gets very hot. I am a little nervous to leave it running if I leave town, even when I go to work or sleep it concerns me. I am not sure why it is so hot. I am also concerned about this flimsy belt it has. It seems to be running fine so far. If anything catches fire I will update. I am hopeful though and I like the fact that you can actually see the rocks tumbling. I like that it is a duel tumbler, my idea is that I can have different stages going at one time.

Broken within a month of using.
Noise level is a giving since it’s only obvious that your tumbling rocks. Somewhat easy to use. Hard to get the cover off it bends and it is pretty flimsy. I feel the screw peg loosing each time I try opening it. THE MOTOR STOPPED WORKING WITHIN A MONTH. NOT HAPPY OR IMPRESSED ABOUT THAT.

Works very well
I have had two of these (same design, different sellers) and they did not work well. The first one I bought at Harbor Freight and was a "Chicago Electric" model that sounded like a freight train and broke belts every five or six days. It froze up after a couple months. The second one was a Leegoland I bought on Amazon and it did not work right out of the box. A problem with the spinning bar. The one I'm reviewing now works like a charm. It is very quiet, even when using two full drums. It's been running for weeks now without a problem. The seller shipped to me super fast. I am very happy with this one!
