Bought it mostly for the syringe. I'll be buying the regular children's next time. You get 4oz instead of 2 and its the exact same stuff. However if you want the syringe this is a great first buy. Taste is good my daughter has never spat it out. The syringe is the best it glides into the hole sucks up the medicine and then does its job. I love it for pain reduction in a teething crisis, fever reduction in sickness, and it is just a great product. I use it in moderation, Tylenol/Acetaminophen is really good stuff but shouldn't be given often or too frequently.

Bought multiples of these to send to a 3rd world country where the hospitals lack basic medicine for children. Really appreciate the price point on these so I was able to buy multiple to send. Just as safe and effective as named brands.
