Why can't wild yam cream ship to CA? Are there health risks in using this cream?

Direction how to use wild yam cream

the directions on the back are pretty explanatory, however, from my personal use I only put it in the crook of the arms and under the neck at night before I go to bed. I also found for me that using it every other night is better. I love this product though. being on the backside of menopause it REALLY helped with the sleeplessness and night sweats that suddenly sprouted up. I highly recommend it to my friends, several have even switched to it with the same great results.

Does this cream cause hair to grow when applied to certain unwantrd areas?

No, this cream did not do that to me.

Would this wild yam cream have any benefit to a post menopausal lady?

If your having trouble sleeping Progesterone helps. Although I'm not using the Wild Yam I am taking Progesterone capsules prescribed by a doctor at a Hormone Clinic NOT an OBGYN. I sleep very sound now after being a very light sleeper my whole life. If you don't have the money or are not ready to see a doctor about balancing your hormones then using a quality Progesterone/Wild Yam cream is a great start for "obvious signs" of low progesterone. This is not true for every women. It depends if you've has a hysterectomy or not, or are exposed to other things that cause our hormones to become imbalanced. Most premenopausal and post-menopausal women's hormones are all lower. Low Estrogen = hot flashes, night sweats. Low Progesterone = insomnia. Low Androgens (testosterone) = lose interest in sex. There are many other symptoms for low levels and other symptoms for high levels. Acne comes from too much testosterone, compared to your other hormones. To feel well your hormones need to be in balance.
