Helped decrease my shoulder joint pain.

I ordered this for my husband who has painful joint pain. He really likes this and tells me it does lower the threshold of pain.to bearable.

This really helped with shoulder joint recovery and joint pain prevention!

Didn't notice any improvement

Okay, I didn't notice a big difference like I do with Bone Broth or Jusuru Liquid Biocell so I used it along with as extra supplement but not something I need to use again.

Great works well

I thought this was a godsend, working better than any combination of supplements and topicals I'd tried.. My pain decreased significantly and my flexibility increased. BUT within 2 weeks I developed a severe case of gastritis. I researched the ingredients and Boswellin -- renown for decreasing inflammation -- also has a side effect of causing gastritis in some people. I've had stomach trouble before (cannot take NSAIDs like Advil) and it triggered a similar reaction. If you have a sensitive stomach, this may not work for you. I stopped taking it 2 weeks ago, and I'm still recovering. Message me if you know of something else to replace this with, because my joints are back to being stiff, creaky and painful. :-(
