I previously ordered one that was supposedly compatible with my inspiron 14 5000 and that was not at all compatible. When I tried to install it, it has the holes to screw it on the wrong sides/ends plus the until was angled. When I ordered the one in this review, I paid attention to where the holes were and the whole shape of the fan. Even though this didn't say it was compatible with mi laptop, just by paying attention to the whole layout of it I could tell this was the one to get. It didn't come with the little screwdriver, but I had one for glasses and it worked fine. replacing it was soooo easy, it is a simple thing to do even if you don't know anything about computers. After installation my laptop stop making the awful sound that was making previously about not recognizing the cooling fan. Easiest and cheapest computer fix ever.
