Anker USB C 3.0 to Ethernet Adapter

I have a bunch of these and the y work great, fast, easy to use

I bought this specifically for a Valve Steam Deck. I recently got a gigabit fiber connection and wanted to take full advantage of it when downloading games on the Deck. I took a gamble on this adapter knowing that Linux generally has incredible driver support without much, if any, configuring. I installed it into the Steam Deck's USB-C port, hooked the other end up to my network switch, and the Steam Deck instantly registered a new wired connection. I didn't even have to go into "Desktop Mode" for it; it all worked flawlessly in the "Gaming Mode". I downloaded a 15GB game in about 3 minutes with the Deck maxing out at 880Mbps. The device itself seems well built with a braided cable and gray anodized aluminum enclosures on each end. It's small and compact so it'll fit nicely in the Steam Deck case's little pouch or in that drawer that every house has that's full of cables, adapters, and dongles. It seems as though it's good value for money as well, like every Anker product I've purchased, but time will tell if something goes screwy down the line.

This adapter provides a stable, hardwired connection when Wi-Fi is not fast enough for heavy law school research. It is strictly plug and play, requiring no software installation. The weight is negligible, making it easy to keep in my bag for campus. Given the excellent build quality and consistent functionality without any drop-offs, it offers solid value for money. It’s perfectly versatile for numerous uses (keeps me from having to use like 3 other dongles)

flawless with iPhone, great product

Needed to direct connect to my Modem / Router, but my MacBook Pro, being more modern, and slimmer, doesn't have an Ethernet port anymore (thank goodness). This worked perfectly; just plugged it in and ripped...definitely Plug-n-Play for my Mac. Quality is good (what else do you expect from Anker).

Works great - plug & play - at this price you can’t beat it for a Mac to plug in to wired internet. Stable and easy to use.

It functions well.

I have a MacBook Pro M1 which is connected to the internet via a Mesh. Although it improved my bandwidth, it was approximately 60% of what it should be via wifi. I decided to try this product to see if it would help my bandwidth. It worked perfectly. Once I granted permission on my MacBook, I am now getting 100% of the bandwidth. I was worried it might not work but it works perfectly.

Der Adapter macht genau das, was er soll: stabile und schnelle Verbindung über LAN. Ich nutze ihn unterwegs und am Notebook, wenn WLAN keine Option ist. Die Verarbeitung ist, wie man es von Anker kennt, sehr hochwertig. Das Aluminium-Gehäuse fühlt sich gut an und wirkt robust, auch bei häufiger Nutzung. Gleichzeitig ist der Adapter schön kompakt und passt problemlos in jede Tasche. Die Einrichtung ist simpel – einstecken und sofort nutzbar, ohne zusätzliche Treiber (zumindest bei aktuellen Geräten). Für mich eine klare Empfehlung, wenn man eine zuverlässige USB-C auf Ethernet Lösung sucht.

Använt den en vecka till min Xperia V iv Android-telefon för anslutning till mitt LAN och fungerar än så länge utan problem. Betällde först en motsvarande UGREEN-adapter som jag returnerade då den låste telefonen som måste startas om efter varje anslutning. Anker-adaptern kostar dubbelt så mycket, men om den fortsätter fungera som den gjort hittills är jag nöjd.
