Bought the UAE version and the product seems good but the small size jar shown in the pictures is missing in the package.

I rarely write reviews, but this experience has been frustrating enough to share. I purchased this food processor with high expectations, but it started giving problems within just 6 months. Despite being under warranty, every repair costs me an additional 50–100 dirhams for pickup and delivery. It's already been repaired 3–4 times, which is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to last years, not months. Initially, the juicer attachment stopped working, so I gave up using it just to avoid sending it in again. But now even the food processor jar – which I use for barely 5 minutes a day – has started malfunctioning. This clearly points to a serious quality control and durability issue. I reached out to Amazon multiple times hoping for a resolution, especially since the product has needed multiple repairs in such a short time. Unfortunately, their response was that it's between me and Philips now and they can't help – even though I bought it from Amazon, not directly from Philips. If I had known this would be the case, I would have bought from a local shop or directly from Philips where at least I'd get better support and possibly a replacement. I expected Amazon to stand by the products sold on their platform, but this experience has made me lose trust in both the product and Amazon's customer service. Would definitely not recommend this food processor or this brand – and be cautious about post-sale support when buying such appliances online.

Reviewing after using this product for 6 years! This is my favorite kitchen gadget we have used every head and utility it has been great and very efficient and reliable, it still looks brand new even after 6 years!

This is an amazing set to make everything you need when doing meal prep. It washes fast.
