Lego is just awesome in general and I'm yet to meet a kid (or adult) who doesn't love it. Nephew was over the moon with this set and very reasonable price.

Weird fire, but another quality item from Lego.
A Lego set if you have brought into the Lego City concept. You get a moderately tricky Helicopter to build, a motorcycle, a kind of burning tower and minifigures. Obviously you will probably want to supplement this with more Lego stuff including other Lego City kits. By its own the Helicopter is nice, it's got interior details and functional parts. You have 'water' cannon on the side to help put the fire out and minifigures will fit inside nicely. The motorcycle is the standard Lego item. It's the tower and the 'fire' I find lacking. There's not much to the tower, you would almost certainly want to build it up and the ladder is short. Perhaps you supposed to rescue the chap from it - but there's no fallen away bit. The 'fire' (see photo) is the worst bit. It looks and feels very unconvincing and I think Lego should look at this again. Maybe having a flickering light inside would help - we tried one of those tea candle LEDs and it looked a ton better. But at the moment it's more like rock or ice cream. It seems unfair to lose one star for that, but given the limited nature of play without extra pieces I feel justified.

Lego happy grandson
Liked the quality of this set. The helicopter looks great and the tower too. The helicopter took about one hour to assemble but very pleased with it.
