This works great. But this mg is way too high. I had bad reaction and have to take the capsule apart and take a 1/5 of the amount. look up side effects! I had bad headache, terrible skin rash, and very dark urine.

I'm almost 43, female & started having a sharp decline in my regularly scheduled cycles last year. I think really fast weight loss & really ramped up stress are to blame. Well, time off is nice, exercise is better, but when both didn't do it, I Googled my way to finding DIM. Having used other Micro ingredients' products, I bought theirs & this stuff WORKS. Over the past few years, I went from monthly, minimal issue periods, to 1 ever 5 months! Then, with exercise, every 2-3 months. Since I started taking DIM, my last two were 3 weeks apart. I wish they would offer a lower dose option; 300mg is a little strong for women (hence the 4-star), 150-200 would be ideal, but the results speak for themselves. Very happy to be back on track!

Had some gyno from my early 20's now in my 50's. This has shrunk the gyno considerably and I no longer feel discomfort when I hit that area. Might be great for teens dealing with it due to hormone imbalance. I suspect someone using a test booster may mitigate any issues.

Purchased this twice over last 2 years. I was not disciplined to take it daily at first and felt no clear improvement. Now I take it nightly and it helps me sleep much better. Love that it comes in a more environmentally friendly package than typical oversized plastic bottles.
