The two cams were installed outdoors for almost 2 months, connected to an ANNKE NVR. PTZ works and the image quality is acceptable. For the price and all the accessories provided, it is a good buy. I purchased a 2 cam package, meaning that only one power supply with a Y-cable powering both cams. Each cam is packed in its own box. Therefore one box will not have its own power supply I gave it 5 stars for the way I utilize these cams. Its waterproof features have not been tested. Plastic housing UV protection over time is unknown. Some becomes brittle and disintegrate under long exposure to the sun. Pros: Connecting them to an ANNKE hybrid NVR is simple. Plenty of “how -to’s” on the web. Image is satisfactory for its price. There are much better high resolution cameras available at much higher prices. Long extension cables and mounting hardware provided. I re-use existing in-wall RG59 and RG50 coaxial cables for much less signal interference. Good customer support if one knows best time to call in or contact them. 350 degree remote control camera. My Annke NVR is a hybrid unit. This gives more flexibility of choosing POE cams or analog cams . Too many wifi/ethernet devices already in use around the house may overload the modem and router. Cons: First-time users learning how to connect to any NVR is not easy. ANNKE provides plenty of online tutorial but still confusing. Getting Annke customer support help is not too difficult. No zoom lens. Only one digital zoom setting (enlarge image). Not really a con for that low price. I also have high power license plate quality zoom surveillance cam

Cheap and easy to use

First, THAT NIGHT PICTURE IS BRIGHT! 🥳 I am taken aback at how clear and BRIGHT these new cams' views are compared to my old Annke static cams! Day and night the views are amazing! I swapped 2 of my old cams out for these two pan/tilt cams. All I had to do was open a cam, touch my tablet screen and the controls came up on the right side of the screen. I touched the icon that looks like a circle over a driving lane(?) and the panning control popped up on the screen! INSTANTLY I was able to start panning and tilting around my yard. No need to mess with any settings. I was sweating all of that before the cams arrived, but they work great! Literally plug and play. The pictures are super clear and what were distant nighttime shadows afar on my old cams are now clear, crisp well IR-lit areas of my yard. I'm super happy with these and because they're so crisp and clear and bright, I'm wanting to buy another set! haha.

I have 4 of these cameras and 3 out of the 4 are performing as they should (Flawless). The fourth has some issues to which I communicated to the Company via Amazon. The reason for this is that I did a basic testing upon delivery as I was not ready to do a complete install and the issue was found after Amazon's 30 day return window. Lexi, the Company Rep, was trying to be helpful in finding a solution to the problem and had me try several things to find a resolution. The last request was for me to provide the login information so they might try (this was after I informed them that I had 15-20 years working with security systems and cameras) and that's where I ended the quest for their assistance (I was not about to give my login information, even if it could be changed), stating that the only way to resolve the problem is to replace the camera and they can troubleshoot or I could take my loss. I assume they choose the latter since they have not responded. I have bought numerous ANNKE DVRs and Security Cameras without an issue and the one time that I have issue they choose to have the customer take the loss. My lesson Learned: I got complacent and comfortable with the company's products and did not do the full testing (which includes night time operations). Thankfully is was not a pricey lesson.

I recommend the 2yr warranty , one of my cameras had a pan/tilt issue and I was able to get it replaced. I should mention that the night vision is quite grainy and unadjustable. During the day it's a pretty good camera with the exception that the pan/tilt speed is to unstable and overrides the desired position.(by tapping the motion button I can usually get the position where i want it)But it is nice to be able to adjust remotely.

I love these replacement cameras for my security system, the ptz work very well, the picture quality is nice, with great inferred night vision, they are durable but you can expect the pan and tilt to freeze up temporarily after a winter storm from ice, I made plastic hoods for mine and it eliminated that issue

Their alright.. well the one is. the other one hasnt worked from the time I received it. I was able to get the ptz working on my main monitor but it doesn't work in remote viewing. Also as far as using with the annke app. That's a no go as well. Not terrible for the price wish I had 2 working cameras though. not going to say don't buy but hopefully u have better luck than I did
