MDS-6 Multi-Deck Shuffler

Works great as long as you don't overstuff it. Even though, technically, 7 decks will fit... don't do it. Causes jams. Very quiet.

We have had this shuffler less than 1 year and it has died. The cards get cought in the shute. Seemed to work a little better without the weights and if the drawer was left out. It does take batteries but not as much power. Not as noisy as the cheap little shufflers. Not a good buy for $200+.

Easy to use. Quit. Fast. Jams if not using high quality PLASTIC COATED CARDS ..Static keeps them on roof of shoot.causing jam.

We purchase it and have been using it for a few months. We use nice bicycle playing cards and purchase brand new ones to use with this machine and it still stopped working and is clogging. When purchasing it they recommend using high-quality plastic cards but it doesn’t say that you have to use high-quality plastic cards. We love how quiet it is and when it works it works great but it would be nice if it would work with all playing cards. It says it has a 1 year warranty but they willnot replace or return when it quits working. They have terrible customer service.

For $200, I expected that this thing would be awesome out of the box. I researched the options and this landed towards the top of the value for money spent heap, but for me, it started sticking within about 2 weeks of purchase.We have tried purchasing new decks of cards, keep the table clean, and made sure this model could handle the type of cards we usually play, but it still sticks.When it does, try lifting the orange weights a bit, sort of like toggling a light switch, dripping them back down on the cards, and that will usually get thing moving again.It’s good, it’s better than the battery operated options, but it is not quite as good as I had hoped.

I got shuffler and tried to use it. I plugged it in, loaded it with cards they prescribed, pushed the power button, light turned on so i knew it had power, and machine never kicked in. I tried it several times. After contacting seller they suggested I try it with batteries, which I did. Still nothing.They told me to return it which I did and then order a replacement. They refunded the purchase amount but not the shipping. When I contacted them about shipping they asked for a paypal account to send the refund to.They are now claiming the machine is working perfectly so they will not refund shipping...and I should have contacted them before returning (which I did?). When I asked why they are just now telling me this they "hung up" on the chat and told me to have a nice weekend.Indignant is how I would describe this seller's attitude about standing behind their product! They even suggested they were the victim because now they have to sell it as a used product! I hate to be the future customer who purchases this unit. It won't work!

Only works with plastic cards. Very Rude customer service, listing says plastic cards recommended, or high quality cards, tell them it doesn’t work and immediately call you an idiot, user error read the instructions. Instructions say high quality cards and plastic recommended. And don’t expect to return it, if that can make it work they state, “ you will be charged a significant restocking fee !” Packaging includes a paper that says return in all original packaging or you’ll be charged a restocking fee, but you’ll be paying one either way. Even with plastic cards it’s so so. I would expect a $200 card shuffler to be a tank and shuffle any new high quality card, this thing more of a brick.
