Great product! The knife is very light, which makes it perfect for hiking, picnic or travel. The blade is stainless steel and sharp. The serrated or "wavy" edge is just right for cutting bread, meat or vegetables. For ease and safety it folds up for packing. As far as functionality and sharpness goes, I love this knife. I imagine if i were a bartender or barback this would be my go-to for fruit prep, especially since you can just throw it in your pocket and carry anywhere without having to say "sharp behind" every 10 seconds. As a chef this comes in handy more often than not. From opening boxes/bags to fruit/tomatoes or small bread items, it saves space on the cutting board and provides extra safety simply by being able to close is and keep working. My only design critique of this knife (and i'm sure they've already tested other prototypes) is the choice of a liner locking mechanism. Having to use your thumb to slide lock on the sharp side of the blade right below where the serrated stops is dangerous. I believe for most camping/utility knives with this locking style there is more space between the bottom edge of the blade and the locking mechanisn, often a finger shaped divot to provide a more safe and ergonomic closing of the knife. Usually one can close these with the one hand the was operating the knife. Unfortunately for myself, following old habits, I did this without thinking one day and the serrated edge chomped right into my thumb. Nothing serious, but definitely made me look at the the blade design more. I would say a back lock would be more appropriate for this blade to avoid making this mistake in general, but that's a minor critique for an overall very functional product.

This tool is perfect for almost slicing anything. Once unfolded, it locks into place. I have used it to slice waffles, pancakes, and even slicing cheese and sausage on a charcuterie board. Be careful with it because it is sharp.

Con piacere condivido il mio parere su uno dei migliori prodotti, se si tratta di tagliare. Adottati da molti anni nella versione con manico non ripiegabile, inizialmente per cucina, poi usati per tutto, per la tavola ma anche e soprattutto per cucinare, e per il bricolage, fanno quel che devono, tagliare. E lo fanno davvero bene, ed è meglio non distrarsi per non ferirsi. Leggeri, di facile pulizia, affilatissimi malgrado la seghettatura che però è particolare, un misto di filo continuo ed ondulato che dura moltissimo. Ho anche provato a riaffilarli, ma proprio per il tipo di filo non è semplice, ma qualcosa si riesce a fare con un tondino diamantato. In cucina è il coltello principale, con cui fare praticamente tutto. Ora proverò questo con manico pieghevole, per sostituire quello cui avevo costruito un fodero per la lama per portarlo in gita. Sembra molto ben fatto, la lama si blocca con una lamina in linea ed il perno sembra robusto. La lama è la stessa, inossidabile. Gli altri non hanno mai fatto ruggine, anche se lasciati in ammollo. Mi aspetto le stesse prestazioni da questo, con la praticità del manico pieghevole. Ottimo per mangiare qualcosa, per le altre necessità dell'escursionismo ci sono altri prodotti, con lama più spessa. Consigliatissimo.

Güvenli, kullanışlı ama dikkat..bıcağı kullanıp katladıktan sonra tekrar açmak isterseniz bıçak dikkat etmenizi istiyor ve normal şartlarda açılmıyor sağa doğru bıçagı sapından hareket ettirirseniz açılan boşluktan içeri olugun içine bıçak yerleşiyor ve açılıyor...bilen bilirde ben bilmeyenlere yazıyorum...
