Can this help firm and lift my eyelids?

Yes it works wonders. My eye lids are not like in my 20s but they have firmed and lifted enough to look 10 years younger.

Does this eye cream tube come with tamper proof seal?

It's been awhile but last time I ordered it the tube came in a box and box was sealed.
