I went to the Pandora store to purchase some new charms. There were two people working at the store and they would only allow 2 customer is the store at the same time. I could not even go in to just look around. Then there were 17 people waiting in line outside the store. Grrr. I came home and jumped on Amazon and took a shot that these charms were were truly Pandora and they are. This came in packaged beautifully and looks great on my bracelet.
