The Lock-Jaw OLY 2 Olympic Barbell Collar in sleek black is a game-changer for keeping your weights securely in place. With their reliable design and user-friendly features, these collars are a must-have for any serious weightlifter. One of the standout qualities of the Lock-Jaw OLY 2 collars is their ease of use. Opening and closing them is a breeze, allowing for quick transitions between plates without wasting valuable training time. However, it's important to exercise caution when handling them to avoid the risk of pinching your fingers. Having experienced the frustration of using metal collars that failed to hold weights in place, I was skeptical about finding a reliable solution. However, the Lock-Jaw collars have exceeded my expectations in every way. Their robust construction and secure grip provide me with the confidence I need during intense lifting sessions. Unlike their counterparts, the Lock-Jaw collars have never let me down. They hold the weights firmly in place, ensuring stability and safety throughout my workouts. I can focus on pushing my limits with no concerns about plates shifting or becoming loose. In terms of design, the Lock-Jaw collars excel in both functionality and durability. They are built to withstand the rigors of heavy lifting and provide a secure fit on Olympic barbells. Whether you're performing squats, bench presses, or any other exercise, these collars deliver unmatched performance and peace of mind. In summary, the Lock-Jaw OLY 2 Olympic Barbell Collar is the ultimate weight security solution. With their exceptional grip, simple operation, and reliable design, these collars have earned my trust and confidence. If you're in search of the best, I wholeheartedly recommend the Lock-Jaw collars to any friend or fellow weightlifter in need of an unparalleled performance and peace of mind.

Works great. Locks down like a vice. The latch mechanism works really well and each clamp has a rubber material on the inside of the clamp that prevents any slipping.

Much better than other brands I tried. Snap on and off easily but grip tight. They seem well made. So far I'm very happy with them.

Bought these because our other ones slip on dumbell plates. So far, so good with these. Worth the extra money to not have a plate slip off and hit you.

Just received these after FINALLY being able to get an Olympic Bar from Titan Fitness (great bar, by the way, for only $120). I am accustomed to using spring collars and thought that this would be a good upgrade since I am training at home now. The inside of the collar has a rubberized grip and it is fairly easy to lock and unlock. There seems to be a MINOR bit of slippage (nothing to worry about) as I go through the motions of cleans, over head presses, and deadlifts. My only constructive criticism is the price point. I have used spring collars for years and the slippage was about the same. These seem to be a bit pricey, but I received a gift card to knock a few dollars off, so I figured "Why not?"
