The keyboard and mouse combo is functional but has a few issues. The build quality feels a bit cheap, and the keyboard layout isn’t the best—it's a bit awkward to get used to. The key hits don’t have a great feel, lacking that satisfying feedback you’d expect. While it works, I think there are better options out there for the price.

Unable to work without a power supply.

The one of letter was taken off. One of them os not working well. There is 18 monts service gurantee. Where can i repair?

It came as almost fully charged, so I just plugged in and voila, it connected immediately! I like that both the keyboard and the mouse have power switches on them.I really like it compact layout of the keys. It generally have similar space as my Macpro 13in. The keys give a really nice feedback when I type and respond very well, so I can type supper fast without problem.The mouse has light weight and gives a comfort feeling when rest hand on it. It also responses well while using. The only con is that the mouse is a bit clickly. I'm fine with it, but might be annoying for sensitive person.Overall, I'm super happy with the purchase. Highly recommend it if you are looking for a good keyboard.

Nice, simple, and neat package and quick delivery. I got it the next day after I ordered. I bought it for office working use. I chose a set with a plain black keyboard and a mouse. The Keyboard is smaller than I imagine. The key cap is matte, and there is almost no sound when you hit the keys, which is better for me so I will not bother my colleagues. By the way, the keys on this keyboard are arranged compactly because of its relatively small size. It takes a little time to get familiar with it but I think I will get used to that eventually. Inputting is smooth just like the normal wired keyboard and mouse. Nothing to complain about. Also, the keyboard is more convenient to charge with a USB cable than with a removable battery. Overall, it is a good deal for this price. I will recommend you this product if you are a similar budget.

It's completely value for money. Excellent Product & everyone should go for it. Keyboard is quite light weight & mouse is super easy to use. No complaints so far. With this wireless combo, I feel leaner in my day to day life. Another good thing is that I also used it for my smart tv & it works very well. Build quality is awesome. Lightweight & sturdy at the same time. Also, best thing is that it has all keys including numeric keypad along with its compact size. Packing was such a strong that I got my product without any breakage or damage. Thanks Joyaccess team for manufacturing such a great product. Became your fan forever.

Great long lasting battery life, didnt charge it when I got it and after 21 days of being used (often for 18 to 20 hours a day) the mouse finally needed recharging, and I am still waiting for the keyboard to go flat! I love the universal design of the mouse, as a left hander I am finding more and more mice are solely designed for right handed people, so a simple mouse with no weird shape or side buttons is excellent for me. The only minor issue I have, and it really is minor, is where the delete, home, page up, page down and end keys are, I have never had a keyboard with them anywhere other than above the numeric keypad so I am still finding myself accidently hitting them instead of the backspace, enter and shift keys, but I think it is more of a me issue, it is definitely shown like that in the picture and it wouldn't have stopped me from buying it if I had noticed. Great set and an affordable price.

The keys feel good when typing and they aren't to close together like with other small to medium sized keyboards.Do not have to install anything to use.I purchased this one because I needed some of my desk space.wired keyboard and mouse make my desk mussy.This wireless keyboard and mouse combo is compact and portable.keyboard has the num pad which is an advantage for people using it.Some may find it a little small for gaming .You do not need to install battery.Both keyboard and mouse are rechargeable.The mouse is very comfortable in my hands.Great keyboard and mouse for the price, I am very happy with it.Have 1year warranty.That is useful.
