What A Beautiful Set of Inexpensive Cables!
I have to say that this is a GREAT product at an great price! Who says "you get what you pay for?" These cables are great and they function as well as ones I have purchased for a much higher price, per foot. They are also very beautiful aesthetically. Which matters less to me since I try to hide my cables via cable management. But still! If they were visible, they would look kind of cool. So I suppose that's something, right? For those wondering if they work for 4K, I an confirm that they absolutely do. I have a PS4 Pro in the living room and was about to buy a second one for the bedroom. But then a little brainstorm occurred to me and I decided to try an experiment. Instead of paying upwards of $300 to $400 for a second console, why not try an HDMI Splitter and some long cables? Now this only works because both my bedroom home theater system and living room home theater system are against the back wall of my apartment and the two rooms are adjacent to one another. So I was able to not only run the HDMI cable from the splitter I ordered from Amazon at the same time I ordered the cables a few days ago, but I was also able to easily hide the cables under carpet and around moldings. If my apartment were not laid out like this, it would have been a hot mess trying to run the extra HDMI cable to another room. Long story short, I checked the PS4 for both its 1080p and its 4K content, and both work on the bedroom TV that I ran the Twisted Veins cable to. The TV in the living room, which is on the same entertainment center required a very short cable, so the second Twisted Vein cable is an extra I put away for future use. I will confess that I haven't gotten around to testing the second cable yet, and will soon. But since Twisted Veins has such great customer service (based on the other reviews) and offers a lifetime warranty for their cables, I am not concerned about testing them sooner rather than later. I just got finished doing some gaming on the second TV with my PS4, and everything works as beautifully as if the PS4 was sitting right on my desk in the bedroom, instead of 12-15 feet away in the entertainment center of another room. I love the Velcro straps they included as they make cable management very easy. I don't need the right angle elbow, but it still is a very nice touch that they included it. So I put that away in case I do need it at some point. Oh, and something cute. They included a little key chain LED light with their logo on it. One little niggle I have, and this is VERY minor, is that the braided cables are not cloth-braided. They are some kind of hard plastic or hard rubber. So they are not as flexible, and they "feel" cheap in a tactile sense. I have a ton of braided cables for my iPhone and other devices that all use cloth braids. However, I refuse to take off any stars from my review for this. I just think that you should be aware of the fact that the braiding is not cloth before you order, in case this is an issue to you. It is not even close to being a real issue to me because the cables are all hidden. The only very minor annoyance is that the cables may not be flexible enough for some users. I had to sort of force the cables and mold them into the direction I wanted them to go, unlike other HDMI cables which are softer and more flexible than these. So I had to sort of mold them into an invisible spot behind my desk, behind the living room entertainment system by the splitter, under the carpeting, and around the molding. This isn't necessarily a bad thing, by the way. Because it occurs to me that cables this stiff may also be better for some people since they can also hold the shape you force them in rather than flopping down like softer cables. In any event, this is not a knock on the cables. Just be aware that the braiding makes the cables very stiff before you buy them. Another argument in favor of Twisted veins is that to make a cable that is 25' with soft, fabric braiding could force them to set a price point much higher than these. So all things considered, I can't imagine a better deal on HDMI cables than these. Edit: I just wanted to add something to this review as I got a new piece of information. I had forgotten to mention in the review that I was not 100% sure that the cables were transmitting 4K@60 Hz. I knew they were transmitting 4K, because the PS4 Pro game I was playing is 4K, and if the PS4 Pro was outputting that resolution AND that refresh rate, and either the TV or the cables were not compatible with either, then I would get either a black screen with no picture or a ton of flickering. But since the settings on the PS4 make no mention of 30 or 60 Hz, I couldn't even be certain what refresh rate was being sent by the PS4 Pro. The only thing I could verify was that the console was sending 4K, the cables were transmitting it, and my TV was receiving it. Not whether or not it was 60 Hz. However, I played around with the TV and noticed that when I hit the "Action" button on the remote, I got a little box on the bottom of the screen that said: "HDMI 3 - PS4 Pro 4K 60 Hz" So if anyone wants to know whether or not these cables can transmit 4K @ 60 Hz, there's your answer. Just make sure that your device is sending the 4K signal at that refresh rate and your monitor or TV is capable of receiving it. One more thing: I tested this out by putting another device into HDMI 2 on the TV that only outputs 1080p, and instead of the above dialog box, it said: "HDMI 2 - 1080p 60 Hz" So the TV is accurately registering the signal coming in and what its displaying.

Fantastic! Would buy Twisted Veins again without hesitation!
Simply put, this cable far exceeded my expectations. It had been a little while since the last time I bought any HDMI cables, so before I even began shopping I was expecting to pay somewhere in the neighborhood of $50 or more for a decent 25 foot one. So the very first thing that caught my eye was the price: this 25 footer from Twisted Veins (TV) was under $15 when I bought it. That _really_ surprised me, and to be honest I wasn't expecting much when I clicked on the link in Amazon's search results to find out more. But to my surprise it seemed to be a really nice cable, so I decided to give it a try... for under $15, why not? Well, I was thoroughly blown away when the package arrived, and in a _very_ good way. Before I even saw the cable itself, I was impressed. TV's packaging is very nice; there's nothing cheap about any of it. Even the disposable plastic bag the cable and the extras came in was nice, sporting the very cool TV logo in their trademark electric blue-on-black. But of course, what really matters is the cable, and I have nothing but good things to say about it. As shown, the entire cable is wrapped in a gorgeous, braided protective layer that terminates in two heavy-duty, stress-resistant ends. The design allows for some flexibility while remaining _very_ solid. And, also as shown, the connectors are indeed gold-plated. I would have been very pleased with my purchase if that was all I got, but included in the box there was also a gold-plated right-angle connector, a few TV-branded Velcro cable ties, a handy little TV-branded key-chain with a built-in LED light, and even a cloth screen cleaner for LCD/LED monitors and such. And it all arrived at my door, on time, for under $15. As for the quality? Well, I'm no expert in such matters, but I'm pushing 1080P and 7.1 sound out from my GeForce GTX 750Ti, through this cable, into my home theater, and everything looks and sounds _great_! The picture quality is excellent, and I have had no issues with pops, cracks, static, fuzz, pixelation, artifacts, ghosts, or any other video or audio problem I can think of. If I had to list one thing that could be "improved", I would say maybe provide a choice of right-angle connectors. My motherboard is configured such that the video card is mounted upside down, as many are. I don't need the right-angle for my television, but it would have come in handy on the back of my computer. Unfortunately though, because my video card is upside down, the right-angle connector points up instead of down, so I can't use it. It would have been cool if I could have selected a connector that would work better on my machine, but like I said, I'm only mentioning it because it is _literally_ the only "improvement" I could possibly think to suggest. This is a great cable at a great price, period! I'm very happy with my purchase, and I will _definitely_ buy TV cables again. I can't recommend them enough! Thanks, Twisted Veins!
