These work fabulous for crimping pex as I ran lines for water in my basement. They have lasted many years now!! Good purchase.have not had any leaks, easy to adjust as necessary. Grip is great and another good price point.

Okay.... I have used (4) different crimping tools - and returned them all, and BY FAR this is the easiest one to use, AND the most woman friendly. I am strong, but PEX tools in general are not designed for women to use.... This one is. thanks and Well Done! Great bang for your buck... and to date, all crimps have been good!

After one gets used to the amount of force needed to perform a crimp, this toolset was easy to use and use well. Every joint I attempted turned out leak free. The cutting tool sliced through the pex tubing easily. (Keep little fingers well away from the cutter!) The only caveat is to make certain the crimp tool has the required room to operate. Some prior planning is sometimes required to make certain that room is available before components are permanently mounted in tight spaces or next to studs. Not a big deal with prior planning, but do keep that in mind.

This unit is great for small jobs. I removed a pex spigot and installed a new one in about 20 minutes using this for 3 connections. Zero failures - easy to use and does the job.
