Waste of money, bad smell not effective at all

Sleep Relax is the formula I've used for decades. I've been a lifelong insomniac. I was also a herbalist and ran a holistic clinic many years ago. I used and recommended this formula for over 20 years. I was thrilled to find the same formula I used all these years on Amazon from Natural Factors. Other companies have long discontinued the formula. THANK YOU for keeping it available. It is literally a lifesaver for me. I get deep, regenerative sleep and wake up refreshed not groggy like sleeping pills. I prefer this over melatonin, since Melatonin is not healthy long term. Try this, you won't regret it.

الصراحه الدوا خلاني اشك لا يكون حاطين كافيين بالمكونات بالغلط خلاني انام اقل من قبل ، اليوم نمت ساعتين بس مع اني جربت اخد حبتين قبل النوم بكم ساعه وما فاد ، وجربت اليوم الي بعدو اخد ٣ حبات وبرضو مافي اي فايده للاسف

This supplement helps you fall and stay asleep! Valerian Root doesn’t seem to help me relax or fall asleep. However HOPS has a very relaxing effect on the nervous system; we all know beer is made from HOPS. This product contains HOPS from 2 sources, HOPS Extract plus the herb itself. The combination of herbs in this product helps me fall asleep. I recommend you try it - hope it works for you too!

They do the job. First time I slept almost through the next day, not what I was hoping for. I can usually tell when I'm going to have a long night ahead so the next time I took one it was at an earlier time before 9pm. And it worked fine. No oversleeping and not drug out the next day. I did find that it's best if your not having to use daily. But they do have a relaxing calm action to them even without achieving the sleep. And that alone can be helpful, for me. So when the time comes I will most likely purchase these, they don't hang me over, and that's very important to me. And I only need accasionally during a week's time. Hope this works for you as well.

I use this product regularly. Every body is a little different, but I do find it helps me sleep more than some of the other products out there.
