Received product with open box. It was missing two springs. Assembly was harder than it should have been. Pieces don’t fit well together

Trampoline is high quality and sturdy. Has withstood our 60mph gusts here. Two person set up.

Maybe I'm missing pieces to this piece of trash. It doesn't have legible assembly instructions. The company doesn't have a phone number on the website. Don't buy this unless you want to make your kids cry with disappointment.

I ordered this for my 7 year old daughter for Christmas. It was at my door in two days. We LOVE it. Then, Alabama tornado season Number 4 (a week after Christmas) happened. I had decided against buying the anchors at the time because the trampoline was so large and it literally rolled across my backyard, bending the poles that held the netting. I contacted Cindy at Hoppers and told her how many poles I needed and within two days I had received new poles at no extra charge. Cindy was super helpful and dedicated to excellent customer service. I would definitely buy from this company again. Thanks again, Cindy.

We purchased this for my daughter's 7th birthday. It took a couple of people to put it together. Just waiting for the weather to warm up so she can really get some use of it but of the couple of times she has she really has fun and enjoys it:) I looked a many trampolines and found this one to get one of the better reviews.
