My wife wanted a Vanilla Sweet Cream experience at home like she often gets at Starbucks, and with this blender container, it was perfect. It was so easy to use that our 9 year old volunteered to become the house barista for about 2 weeks, making 2-3 Vanilla Sweet Cream drinks per day. Alas, it didn't last, but it was no fault of the Aer Disc Blender. We just felt bad asking her to make it when we could do it ourselves. Nevertheless, I have no doubts that it will work no matter who calls it into service. It works perfectly every time, is surprisingly easy to clean, and saves us about $3 per day when we use it.

This one fits the E301 Vitamix like a glove. As an ex-restaurant chef I hope to emulsify my sauces quicker and with a great consistency !
